How It Works

Apply – Tell us about your goals and what you’re looking for 🧐

Get Matched – We’ll connect you with the right mentor or mentee. 👩‍🏫

Grow Together – Once a week, for 12 weeks, you’ll meet with your partner to reflect and work on making progress you can actually feel.

How long does the program last?

Each cycle runs for 3 months — long enough to make real progress, short enough to stay focused.

When does the next cycle start?

What is the structure of the program?

You’ll submit your details as a mentor or mentee.
We’ll match pairs thoughtfully based on goals and experience.
Once matched, together you’ll choose:
- When you meet (weekly or biweekly)
- How you meet (in-person, Teams/Zoom, or even a phone call)
You’ll also get access to a Notion hub with best practices, resources, and templates to guide your conversations.
We’ll kick things off with a short group call before the program starts.
At the end, we’ll gather for a closing session to share feedback and celebrate progress.

What if I’ve never been a mentor before?

That’s absolutely fine. The resources hub includes tools and prompts so you can focus on sharing your experience, not worrying about structure.

What’s expected of me as a mentee?

Commit to regular check-ins and be open to taking action on the guidance you receive.

Is there a cost?

No. The program is completely free for mentees. Mentors volunteer their time to support others on their career journey.
